WWE Raw Results 10/28 - Triple Threat #1 Contenders Match, Ivy Nile Takes On Zelina Vega & More
Welcome to Wrestling Inc.'s results for "WWE Raw" on October 28, 2024, coming to you live from the GIANT Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania!
JD McDonagh of Judgment Day will find out who their next challengers for the WWE World Tag Team Championship are tonight as New Day, War Raiders, and LWO's Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee. Rey and Lee defeated American Made in a First Round Match last week to secure their spot in tonight's match while Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston emerged victorious over Authors of Pain, and Erik and Ivar defeated Alpha Academy two weeks ago on "Raw".
Rey and Lee's LWO stablemate Zelina Vega will be competing in a match of her own tonight as she goes one-on-one with Ivy Nile in the latter's first match since she and her American Made teammates came up short against The Wyatt Sicks in an Eight Person Mixed Street Fight on the September 9 episode of "Raw". Nile and Vega encountered one another last week when they found themselves involved in a ringside brawl during the aforementioned First Round Tournament Match between American Made and LWO.
Before he squares off with Bronson Reed at WWE Crown Jewel, Seth "Freakin" Rollins will be appearing on tonight's show with something on his mind to share. Rollins and Reed came face-to-face with one another in three separate brawls, prompting "Raw" General Manager Adam Pearce to make the match official for Saturday's Premium Live Event.
Additionally, Dominik Mysterio will be competing in his first match since he and his Judgment Day stablemates Carlito and JD McDonagh defeated the aforementioned Lee, Cruz Del Toro, and Joaquin Wilde of LWO as he squares off with an unnamed former World Champion. Sheamus and Lugwig Kaiser also look to renew their rivalry tonight as they square off with each other, and new Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker and the man that he dethroned last week thanks to help from The Bloodline Jey Uso are also both advertised to appear on tonight's show.
We are live! Wade Barrett and Joe Tessitore greet audiences at home before throwing it to a video of what happened during the Intercontinental Championship match between Jey Uso and Bron Breakker last week. Jey then makes his way out to the ring through the crowd.
We Hear From Jey Uso
Jey says he's now in Hershey, and says a lot has happened over the last couple weeks including losing the Intercontinental Championship and his ongoing issues with The Bloodline. He says there's only one person that he wants to talk to after the events of "WWE SmackDown" this past Friday during the main event WWE Tag Team Championship match between The Bloodline and Motor City Machine Guns wherein he cost the former team the titles and reunited with Jimmy Uso.
Jimmy's music then hits and he makes his way out. He says he came out to look Jey in the eye and thanks him for what he did on "SmackDown". He says he and Jey need to be together to take down Solo Sikoa and the rest of The Bloodline, but Jey cuts him off and stares down Jimmy. He tells him that they aren't the ones, then says the last time he saw him was in April when they were facing each other at WrestleMania 40. He says a lot has happened since then, then says fans no longer get confused between who is who. He says he became Intercontinental Champion by himself, then says if they join forces, they aren't going to be anyone's yes men. Jimmy agrees and invites Jey to squash his beef with Roman Reigns on "SmackDown" this Friday. Jey agrees to show up, and Jimmy asks if they're good.
Before Jey can answer, Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa look to blindside The Usos. Jimmy sees them coming, and The Usos gain the upperhand over them. Solo Sikoa then orders Jacob Fatu to take down The Usos, and Fatu does so. The Bloodline ties Jimmy up on the ropes and holds him in place as Fatu places a chair on Jey in the corner and looks to connect with a Hip Attack. Jey tosses the chair at Fatu, and The Usos send The Bloodline crashing out of the ring with a series of superkicks. Adam Pearce and other security guards then run down to the ring to keep The Usos and The Bloodline apart.
Back from the break, we see Adam Pearce yelling at Nick Aldis over the phone for not getting control of his roster and allowing The Bloodline to come to "Raw" when they only agreed on Jimmy. Judgment Day then approaches him, and Pearce informs Dominik Mysterio that he will be taking on Damian Priest later tonight.

Zayn questions if Jey is sure about reuniting with Jimmy and squashing his beef with Roman Reigns, but Jey says he thinks that Solo Sikoa is worse than Reigns. Zayn says Sikoa didn't play mental games with Jey for a couple years, then reminds him that he doesn't need to get involved because it's no longer his fight. Jey tells Zayn he wouldn't understand his decision because he isn't family, then walks away.
