- Billy has had the distinct honor of interviewing the likes of Paul Heyman, the late "Rowdy" Roddy Piper, Dave Bautista, Alexa Bliss, Charlotte Flair, Trish Stratus, The Miz, Finn Balor, Diamond Dallas Page, Jim Ross, Sami Zayn, Christian Cage, Naomi, the late Brodie Lee, Claudio Castagnoli, Matt Cardona, Corey Graves, Mickie James, Mark Henry, Tyler Breeze, Tyson Kidd, Tito Santana, and Ryback, among many others, in his career.
- He's attended eight WrestleManias in his life (and counting), owns way too many wrestling t-shirts, still remembers vividly how crushed he felt when the Ultimate Warrior defeated Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania VI, and once attended an actual ECW event back at the original ECW Arena (House Party '99).
- He once was specifically referenced during "Stone Cold" Steve Austin's podcast (in an interview with Paul Heyman – go listen for yourself).
Experience
Billy has been a jack-of-all-trades in the online space for over a decade, serving as a film critic, an editorial columnist, a news reporter, a podcaster, and just about everything in between. He's been a fan of professional wrestling since the age of 4 and, as a result, made a major focus of his online coverage throughout the years about the industry he loved so much. He covered wrestling regularly for This Is Infamous, used to write the yearly WrestleMania previews for FANDOM, hosted a number of now-defunct wrestling podcasts, and has guested on a number of radio shows/podcasts to talk about the latest happenings between the ropes.
Education
Billy Donnelly graduated from the University of Miami with degrees in both Communications - Motion Pictures and English Literature. With his fancy college degrees, firm grip on the English language, and solid understanding of the entertainment industry, his path has now led him to the world of writing/editing about his lifelong passion: professional wrestling.
As the leading pro wrestling site in the world, Wrestling Inc. endeavors to provide comprehensive, up-to-the-minute, and on-the-ground coverage of all the major events and storylines in the wide world of professional wrestling.
