Daniel Garcia Names The AEW Tag Match He Wants To See

While Adam Copeland is busy trying to convince Christian Cage to see sense and begin teaming with him again, fans are already looking ahead at potential matches for the duo. One that jumps off the page is for them to face the Hardys, reigniting a classic rivalry that helped take all four men to new heights back in the day — and that's something Daniel Garcia believes would be groundbreaking.

"Edge was one of my favorite wrestlers growing up. I was always a huge fan of his," he told "The Extreme Life Of Matt Hardy." "Obviously, they do everything to the best of their abilities, but I know they would do it justice ... You would go into the match knowing how to make it the best version of what it can be in this year, which I think is amazing, perfect, and I think a lot of people could learn a lot from that."

As previously reported, Matt Hardy believes the match is inevitable. However, the AEW veteran also believes that there is potential in taking all four wrestlers in a different creative direction.

"I would love to see, at some point, Adam Copeland, Christian Cage, Matt, and Jeff Hardy all as heels," Hardy said. "I would love to see that. I think there's something there that could work for AEW."

The Hardys haven't worked as heels in AEW. Meanwhile, Copeland has joined the company as a babyface as well. However, with Cage currently being one of the most pushed heels in AEW, bringing the others into the fold could be a twist of fate that nobody saw coming.
