Over 60,000 Fans Reportedly Registered For AEW All In Pre-Sale
There's no shortage of demand for AEW All In London at Wembley Stadium. Dave Meltzer reported in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter that AEW surpassed 60,000 presale codes for the August 27 event as the cut off for codes going out was April 27. While there's no word yet on how it will translate to ticket sales, which officially go on sale on May 5, All In reportedly has the most demand for an AEW event since the first All Out that took place in 2019. It was also noted that WWE Clash at the Castle in Cardiff, Wales, had a similar presale code system with 89,000 codes sent out.
All In will mark AEW's United Kingdom debut after nearly five full years of the company's existence. Khan hailed the event's announcement as one of the most important in AEW history before revealing the details on the April 5 episode of "AEW Dynamite." However, it remains to be seen if All In will stream on pay-per-view or television in any capacity as it has been confirmed that the annual AEW All Out pay-per-view will still take place the following weekend.
Wembley Stadium has a capacity of 90,000 fans and a leaked map that circulated earlier this week seemingly showed that there are no plans to black out any sections, meaning it could end up being the highest-attended AEW event yet after talent were hopeful to surpass at least 50,000 in attendance. AEW World Tag Team Champion Dax Harwood has openly pitched CM Punk and FTR vs. The Elite for All In London in hopes of selling out the arena.
