MJF's Re-Bar Mitzvah Celebration
MJF kickstarts the show for his re-bar mitzvah celebration, heading to the ring with four women by his side. He takes a shot at the Canadian fans by claiming Shawn Michaels was much better than Bret Hart, and then he claims he lost his 'v card' at his first bar mitzvah. However, he's having another one after defeating Bryan Danielson he is no longer a man, he is iron man.
More people come down to the ring and the celebrations begin as he is put onto a chair, but that is interrupted immediately by 'Jungle Boy' Jack Perry. However, before he can say a word, Sammy Guevara's music hits and he makes his way down to the ring, and he is followed by the fourth pillar of AEW...Darby Allin. MJF tells them they're ruining it so he asks what they want and at the exact same time, they all say they want a title match.
Perry tells MJF to shut up, and he points out that the last time they wrestled was in 2020 with no fans in the crowd until MJF cheated and he won. Then they went in different directions, MJF got handed everything while he wrestled on "AEW: Dark." He points out MJF hasn't even been on "Rampage," and he says there's a locker room of people who bust their asses but they just get 60 seconds a week, while they all have to see MJF do the same hokey bullsh*t he has been doing for four years.
Perry says the first step in changing things is taking the title from MJF. The champion says the company does revolve around him because he is actually a star, but Guevara tells MJF he talks too much and he talked his way in and kissed ass. However, he had to grind for 10 years on the indies while taking odd jobs, then he got here and was told he was supposed to be The Inner Circle's job guy, but he overcame it all and became champion three times over. MJF tells him that was cute and he's glad he took time to stop brawling with people to be here.
However, Allin then says it's his turn. He recalls creating a movie at film school and he got told to recreate it but he dropped out instead and became a wrestler. On his first day in the school, he said he'd make it or fail but he wouldn't change a thing. Then he's in Tony Khan's office and he said there will never be a bidding war for him as AEW gives himself something that nobody can afford, which is letting him be himself.
Allin's biggest problem is grown-ass wrestlers going on Twitter crying and that includes the World Champion, but AEW means more to him than MJF which is why he should be champion. MJF then takes a shot at them all, and he points out all three of them had someone in their corner, but he has nobody as he doesn't need to be enrolled into daddy daycare. He has been ready from day one. He says they're all pillars, but he's the only one who can keep this place up. They don't deserve to sniff the title, but Perry then attacks him while Guevara and Allin brawl and knock MJF off the ring apron and onto his cake outside the ring.
Adam Page & The Dark Order vs. Blackpool Combat Club
Evil Uno immediately takes the fight to Wheeler Yuta with the two men trading chops until Yuta charges him into his corner so he can tag in Jon Moxley who uses Uno's jacket to choke him. Yuta then comes back in and starts working over Uno and he then takes a cheap shot at Adam Page, but that allows Uno to bring in Stu Grayson who immediately starts taking down all of his opponents.
Claudio Castagnoli responds with a big boot, but the BCC star is then planned with a tornado DDT as he then springboards into Castagnoli, but he can kick out. Castagnoli looks to throw Grayson to the ropes and Yuta pulls it down so he spills outside as all three then hit Grayson with a spiked piledriver. Inside the ring, the three men isolate Grayson with Moxley hitting another piledriver, but Gryason still kicks out.
Grayson manages to catch Moxley with a jumping knee strike and Page finally tags in as he starts cleaning house as Yuta goes flying with a fallway slam before diving out to Castagnoli. Uno then hits a senton from the top rope but he runs into a clothesline from Castagnoli until Page cleans house. However, as he goes for the Buckshot Lariat, Yuta ends up blasting him with the ring bell which the official misses.
Grayson and Uno then hit the ring to attack the rest as Uno drops Moxley. He then cannonballs into Yuta while Grayson flips above him to land on Moxley, but he is able to kick out. The two then hit The Fatality, but Yuta breaks it up. Grayson then almost catches out Castagnoli, but Yuta pulls Uno off before The Dark Order can tag out. He then eats a huge uppercut from Castagnoli and is then placed into a choke by Moxley as he has to tap.
Winners: Blackpool Combat Club
After the match, the BCC continue their attack using their numbers advantage until the rest of The Dark Order hit the ring to force them to retreat.
Jade Cargill vs. ??? (TBS Canadian Open Challenge Match)
A vignette is shown as Juice Robinson says what are you going to do about him planting Ricky Starks' surgically repaired neck into the mat. He claims Starks won't do anything.
Jade Cargill's opponent is already inside the ring and will be, Nicole Matthews, who is a Canadian independent star/
Cargill tells her challenger to slap her in the face and that's what she does, throwing several forearms at the champion until she eats a kick and then a major pump kick. Cargill then lifts her up and nails Jaded to defend her title immediately.
Winner (and still TBS Champion): Jade Cargill
Afterward, Renee Paquette gets into the ring to see who she wants to face and Cargill asks if she's from Canada as she backs Paquette into the corner to then kiss her head. Cargill then asks if that's all Canada has to offer...but this leads to Taya Valkyrie appearing! She hits the ring and immediately goes face to face with Cargill and the champion ends up pulling Leila Grey back as she then leaves. Grey then tries to attack her but Valkyrie hits her with a forearm and then plants her with Cargill's own finishing move, Jaded.
Tony Schiavone is then shown with Ricky Starks and he says it is easy to attack a guy from behind, and he says he deserves the attention, while he points out Bullet Club was relevant back in 2015. He says if it's an issue with him then he tells him to bring it, and if he wants to bring Bullet Club then bring it, any time, any place.
The first episode of QTV is then shown asthey're sat backstage talking about Wardlow's tough week. It is then shown that Aaron Solo was the one who broke into the car and robbed the title. QT Marshall then claims he has Wardlow's passport as the new champion welcomed him to Hobbs' world.
Orange Cassidy (c) vs. Jeff Jarrett (AEW International Championship)
Jeff Jarrett kickstarts with some mind games which leads to the champion going for Orange Punch, forcing the veteran into action. However, as Cassidy leapfrogs Jarrett it becomes clear his knee is still injured from last week. Jarrett then puts his hands in his trunks and does some of Orange Cassidy's trademark kicks which just fire up the champion who begins fighting back.
Sonjay Dutt then provides a distraction, allowing Jarrett to blast Cassidy from the ring apron down to the floor. The two men then start brawling all around the floor area through the fans and up the stairs, with neither being counted out. They then get back to ringside which allows Satnam Singh to launch Cassidy into the ring when the official isn't looking, and Jarrett then locks in the Sharpshooter. Cassidy reverses with one of his own, but Jarrett's friends push the bottom rope toward him.
The challenger locks in a sleeper hold straight after as he looks to regain immediate control, and while Cassidy reverses it hen then gets attacked by Singh again. This allows Jarrett to lock in the Figure Four Leglock. Cassidy escapes and the two start trading punches until Jarrett pushes the champion into the official which takes him out. A guitar is slid into the ring, but Aubrey Edwards matches down and takes it from him when he tries to use it.
Cassidy then grabs the guitar, but Singh takes it from him and he is caught by the official so he and Dutt get thrown out of there. With Jarrett shocked he then turns into a DDT from Cassidy. But he pleads with the official and that leads to Jay Lethal appearing with the Golden Globe to attack Cassidy from behind, but he still kicks out! Trent then hits the ring and takes out Lethal as they brawl. Meanwhile, Cassidy's knee buckles on him again, but he manages to reverse The Stroke to then hit an Orange Punch to retain.
Winner (and still AEW International Champion): Orange Cassidy
Let's Hear From The Outcasts
A brand new music video from The Acclaimed is showcased with Max Caster talking about what the team have been doing and how they won't stop and they're still in the zone to bring the titles back.
The Outcasts then make their way to the ring, with Saraya telling everyone to shut up. Ruby Soho then says at one time the grass was greener in AEW until a couple of b*tches pissed on the lawn. Saraya says they're going to show that AEW is their house as without them there would be no division for anything to be built on. She then takes a shot at the crowd before Toni Storm says when she became an interim champion she wore it with a smile but none of the fans appreciated them.
Storm realized the fans don't know what they want, so they're here to give them what they need which is change in this division. They're The Outcasts, and they're not going anywhere as they're having too much fun going through people. However, that leads to Jamie Hayter and Britt Baker hitting the ring as they begin leveling all three of the women. It leads to Baker trying to use her belt but she takes too long and the numbers catch up as Baker is dropped with Destination Unkown and Hayter is hit by Storm Zero.
Willow NIghtingale, Skye Blue, and Riho then charge down to the ring with Riho holding a metal pipe, but that leads to The Outcasts running away to retreat from the situation, not wanting to be involved in the fight.
House Of Black (c) vs. Jericho Appreciation Society vs. The Elite (AEW World Trios Championship Match)
Sammy Guevara starts dropkicking Brody King and acting arrogant but he is dropped by one chop and Daniel Garcia tags in, but he immediately wants out. The Elite isn't interested but Chris Jericho tags in and so does Malakai Black, but before they lock up Kenny Omega tags in and the two hometown boys face off. However, the champions swarm both of them and an all-out brawl starts involving everyone.
Back inside the ring, King dominates Jericho with a series of chops while Black launches Omega into the barricade outside the ring. Jericho looks for a Judas Effect on Black when he gets in but that's avoided so he hits a backbreaker instead. Guevara then gets involved and the JAS hit a double shoulder tackle as they then pose together. Black then tries to take control but the numbers game doesn't work and Nick Jackson tags himself in. He runs the tops and ends up taking out both Garcia and Guevara. He then gets caught out in the champion's corner and they start dominating Nick.
Omega manages to tag in and he wipes out Guevara with a crossbody before hitting several snap dragon suplexes to Black and then King. That is followed by hitting a moonsault to Matthews, but it isn't enough to get the job done. Jericho then tags in and the hometown men square off once more. The HOB try to break it up but they take them out together and then they begin brawling inside the ring.
Omega nails a huge knee strike to Jericho but King then takes him out. A flurry of action then begins as wrestlers hit the ring one after the other to wipe each other out, but it is Omega left standing only to be put into the Walls Of Jericho when he aims for a V-Trigger. That is broken up by a superkick party and the tag team then nails the moves to everyone else until King fires back with a double lariat.
Omega and Jericho then begin throwing hands at each other and they both go down with double lariats. Guevara and Garcia then come back into things and hit double superplexes after Omega wipes out Jericho on the outside. King then aims to go to the top turnbuckle, but Omega meets him there only to be shoved off. Jericho then heads up but he is sent down, which allows Omega to hit a knee strike. The two men then work together and they hit a giant superplex on King.
Jericho then nails Omega with a Codebreaker, but he is able to kick out. However, backstage The Dark Order and the BCC are then shown brawling. Garcia then gets hit with a series of Northern Lights suplexes, and Guevara then joins in for a double one. The Young Bucks aim for the Meltzer Driver, but Nick is caught with a Codebreaker while Guevara then nails Matt with a Shooting Star Press but King breaks it up and tags in.
He charges into Guevara and then Garcia as he then throws Guevara to Jericho to tag in. The three men then surround him and beat down the veteran, but he is dropped with Dante's Inferno only for Omega to save the match. Jericho uses the bat to King's face while Guevara wipes out all of The Elite outside the ring. Jericho lines up the Judas Effect but he is dropped with Black's spin kick and they then hit Dante's Inferno on Garcia to retain.
Winners (and still AEW World Trios Champions): House Of Black
After the match, Jake Hager tries to fight the champions but they overwhelm him, however, The Dark Order and Blackpool Combat Club then brawl out to the ring as well. Adam Page hits the ring and BCC surrounds him until The Elite turns up behind Page. That leads to BCC backing away as The Elite stands tall with their former friend.
