Game Changer Wrestling presents Aura 2022 from Fete Music Hall in Providence, Rhode Island. Former GCW World Champion Matt Cardona returns to the promotion to face Jordan Oliver in a one-on-one match. Additionally, a rematch from the Moment of Clarity event on October 23 will take place as Jonathan Gresham looks to defeat Mike Bailey for a second time. Elsewhere, the GCW World Tag Team Championship will be on the line as Los Mazisos defend against Jay Lyon and Midas Black of The Mane Event; Los Mazisos have successfully defended the gold against ASF and Gringo Loco, Dysfunction and Eric Dillinger, and The Wolf Zaddies at recent GCW events.

GCW World Tag Team Championship Match and Matt Cardona vs. Jordan Oliver

Los Mazisos (Ciclope and Miedo Extremo) (c) vs. The Mane Event (Jay Lyon and Midas Black) for the GCW World Tag Team Championship 

Extremo took out Lyon on the floor twice. Ciclope fought Black in the ring. Extremo went for a third dive to the outside, but instead performed a crossbody from the apron. Black sent Los Mazisos to the outside. Black leaped from the ring to the floor to take out Ciclope and Extremo. On the stage, Lyon dived through a hoop to take down the tag team champions.

Back in the ring, Lyon and Black worked together to ground Extremo. After taking out Extremo, Lyon and Black turned their attentions to Ciclope. Ciclope countered and delivered a DDT to Black. Extremo and Lyon took each other down at the same time. Ciclope and Black collided at the same time. After a brief flurry from The Mane Event, Extremo and Ciclope took control. Ciclope connected with a kick to the back of Black's head to win.

- Cardona spoke on the microphone before his match. Cardona called out a fan who had spelled his name wrong on their sign about his short WWE Intercontinental Championship reign. Cardona told everyone to hail the Deathmatch King. Cardona wished everyone the best for Thanksgiving. Cardona thanked PWI, Brett Lauderdale, the "GCW Universe," and the locker room. Cardona got Jordan Oliver mixed up with Nick Wayne and questioned who Oliver even was. Oliver came out and told Cardona he talked too much. Oliver said seeing Cardona in the GCW ring makes him sick. Oliver said he owed Cardona an ass whopping.

Matt Cardona vs. Jordan Oliver

Oliver connected with a Rough Ryder as soon as the bell rang. Cardona exited the ring and took a moment to compose himself. Cardona returned to the ring and offered Oliver a handshake. Cardona tried to kick Oliver as they shook hands. Oliver countered. Oliver hit a combination of moves on Cardona. Cardona delivered a low blow to Oliver out of the referee's sight. Cardona took control of the match and focused on the neck of Oliver. 

Oliver attempted to fight back. Cardona delivered a boot to the face while Oliver was sat on the canvas. Cardona sent Oliver into the turnbuckles and removed his shirt. Cardona used the shirt to choke Oliver. Cardona pushed the referee. The referee pushed Cardona into a roll-up by Oliver. Oliver turned the tables after catching Cardona with a side slam. Cardona and Oliver traded strikes to the face. Oliver landed a series of moves on Cardona. 

Oliver sent Cardona to the floor. Oliver wiped out Cardona on the outside with a crossbody from the ring. Oliver sent Cardona back into the ring. Oliver went to the top turnbuckle. Cardona shook the ropes and sent Oliver crashing down to the mat. Oliver landed a sit-out powerbomb. Cardona pulled the referee in the way of the action, which allowed him to deliver a low blow to Oliver. Cardona connected with a Rough Ryder. Oliver kicked out of the cover that followed. Oliver picked up the win after low blowing Cardona and landing a Clout Cutter.

Four-Way Match and Six-Person Tag Team Match

Dyln McKay vs. Leon Slater vs. Ninja Mack vs. Tony Deppen 

Mack and Slater attempted to work together to take out Deppen. Deppen and Mack ended up working together. Slater took out both Deppen and Mack. Slater connected with a crossbody on Mack from the middle turnbuckle. McKay entered and went to work on Slater. Slater sent McKay out of the ring with a missile dropkick. Deppen stopped Slater in his tracks with a poke to the eye. McKay returned and landed a swinging DDT on Deppen. McKay took a dive over the top rope to take out Mack and Deppen.

McKay went for a Shooting Star Press on Mack in the ring. Mack moved out of the way. Mack hit a flurry of moves on McKay. Deppen returned and poked Mack in the eyes. Mack sent Deppen to the floor. Mack leaped over the top rope to take out Deppen and McKay. Slater took out Mack from behind. Slater fought with Mack in the crowd. Slater jumped from the stage to send the remaining competitors in the match to the concrete floor. Slater leaped over the ring post to wipe out Mack and Deppen. 

Slater hit a brainbuster on McKay after connecting with a Coast to Coast from the opposite side of the ring. Deppen saved the match by breaking up the cover. Slater and Mack fought on the apron. All four performers ended up in the ring trading forearms. Deppen superplexed McKay from the top turnbuckle. Slater followed up by performing a move from the top on McKay. Deppen broke up the cover. Slater and Deppen traded strikes in the center of the ring. Deppen hit a Cutter on Slater from the top turnbuckle. Mack connected with a kick to Deppen. Deppen won the match after catching Mack in the air with his knees.

Winner: Tony Deppen via pinfall

Deppen spoke on the microphone after the match. Deppen talked about his accomplishments in GCW. Deppen said he had done it all by himself, apart from Hammerstein. Deppen said this was his ring and he demanded a match with Nick Gage for the GCW World Championship. Deppen picked December 16 in Los Angeles for the match. Deppen said he would take the title and send Gage back to rehab. 

The Second Gear Crew (Mance Warner, Matthew Justice, and Effy) vs. Dark Sheik, Sawyer Wreck, and Cole Radrick in a six-person tag team match

John Wayne Murdoch was replaced at the last minute by Radrick. The match broke down immediately. Wreck dived from the top turnbuckle to the floor. Effy sent a chair into the face of Radrick at ringside. Wreck worked on Warner inside the ring. Warner threw a chair at Wreck. Justice pulled out of a door from underneath the ring. Warner brought in some chairs and placed the door on top. Justice pulled out a barbed wire door and set it up on two chairs at ringside. 

Wreck fought off Warner and Justice. Wreck delivered a double chokeslam to Warner and Justice through the door in the ring. Effy entered the ring and collided with Wreck. Radrick and Sheik went to work on Effy. Warner hit Sheik with a kendo stick. Sheik leaped from the top turnbuckle and kicked a chair into the face of Justice. Warner brought a mini ladder into the ring and used it as a weapon. Warner delivered an elbow from the mini ladder to Radrick.

Warner brought another door into the ring and set it up in the corner. Sheik performed a DDT on Warner through the door. Wreck delivered a chokeslam to Effy from the top. From the apron, Justice delivered a Death Valley Driver to Wreck through the barbed wire door set up on the outside. Radrick pinned Effy with a roll-up to win the match for his team. 

Winners: Cole Radrick, Sawyer Wreck, and Dark Sheik via pinfall

- Radrick spoke on the microphone after the match. Radrick said he began his wrestling training eight years ago. Radrick said he's one of few people to make it out of his hometown. Radrick talked about his upcoming match with Nick Gage for the GCW World Championship on December 3. Gage made his way down to the ring. Radrick told Gage he was going to take his title. Radrick said he respected Gage. Gage told Radrick he didn't care what he said. Gage said he is a fighting champion. Gage thanked his MDK gang. Maki Itoh came down to the ring and interrupted Gage. Itoh copied Gage and asked where Gage's gang was at. 

Maki Itoh vs. Masha Slamovich and Allie Katch vs. Charles Mason

Maki Itoh vs. Masha Slamovich

Itoh and Slamovich showcased their technical ability in the opening stages of the match. Itoh and Slamovich managed to counter each other's submission holds. Itoh flipped the bird at Slamovich in the center of the ring. Slamovich responded by taking Itoh down with a forearm strike. Itoh later got fired up and headbutted Slamovich. Itoh delivered ten strikes to the head of Slamovich in the corner of the ring. Itoh leaped from the apron and delivered a DDT to Slamovich on the floor.

Itoh sent Slamovich back into the ring and went for a cover. Slamovich replied with a big clothesline. Itoh locked in a sleeper on Slamovich. Slamovich responded with another clothesline. Itoh attempted a couple of roll-ups. Itoh landed a DDT on Slamovich in the center of the ring. Itoh planted Slamovich into the canvas with another DDT. Itoh missed a headbutt from the top turnbuckle. Slamovich caught Itoh with a Shining Wizard. Slamovich won with a piledriver.

Charles Mason vs. Allie Katch

Katch appeared scared of Mason. Katch picked up a knife. Mason grabbed her and forced her to drop the knife. Katch began to fire away at Mason with a series of strikes. Mason locked Katch in a sleeper. Katch sent Mason over the top rope. Mason delivered a DDT variation to Katch on the apron. Mason connected with a baseball slide to send Katch to the floor. Mason dragged Katch through the venue by her hair.

Mason eventually sent Katch back into the ring. Mason continued to punish Katch. Katch kicked out of Mason's cover. Katch attempted to fight back. Mason delivered a couple of chops to the chest of Katch in the corner. Katch took down Mason and delivered a hip attack in the corner of the ring. Mason replied with a dropkick and planted her into the canvas. 

Katch managed to build momentum and hit a series of moves. Mason and Katch went back and forth. Katch planted Mason into the canvas. Mason kicked out of the cover that followed. Katch avoided a DDT on the apron. Mason blocked Katch's piledriver from the middle rope. Mason spat something in Katch's face and landed his own piledriver. Mason choked out Katch to win. 

Winner: Charles Mason via submission

- After the match, Mason handcuffed Katch to the top rope. Effy came out to make the save. Effy tried to use a steel chair on Mason. Mason choked Effy out. Mason grabbed a microphone. Mason told Katch he didn't want her and that nobody wants her. Mason said Katch was the bait. Mason said Effy was the prize. Mason told Katch that nobody cared about her. Matthew Justice and Mance Warner chased off Mason. 

Nick Wayne vs. Alec Price and Scramble Match

Nick Wayne vs. Alec Price

The fans chanted for both Wayne and Price before the action began. Wayne went for a quick roll-up on Price after a feeling out process. Wayne hit a combination of moves. Price replied with two backbreakers. Price focused on the back of Wayne. Price connected with a dropkick to the back of Wayne as he sat on the mat. Price continued to keep Wayne grounded.

After taking a beating, Wayne delivered a Spanish Fly to Price from the top turnbuckle. Wayne began to build momentum. Wayne held his back in pain. Wayne landed a series of moves. Wayne took to the skies and wiped out Price on the floor. Back in the ring, Price caught Wayne in the air and ended up sending him into the turnbuckles. Price locked Wayne in a submission. 

Price was distracted by a fan shouting something at him as he sought to finish off the match. Wayne got caught with a Backstabber after attempting a Clout Cutter. Price landed a DDT variation on Wayne and connected with a kick to the head to win. 

Winner: Alec Price via pinfall

Chris Hamrick vs. Jimmy Lloyd vs. Marcus Mathers vs. Manders vs. Shane Mercer vs. Dustin Waller in a Scramble match

Hamrick attempted to aggravate the fans on the microphone before the match. Manders took out Hamrick and kicked him out of the ring. Hamrick later returned and continued to tease the fans. Waller entered and took Hamrick out. Waller dived over the ring post to take out a couple of the performers on the outside. Lloyd battled Waller on the apron. Lloyd Tombstoned Waller on the apron. Mercer hit a moonsault from the apron. 

Back in the ring, Hamrick went to work on Mercer. Manders connected with a big lariat to Hamrick. Lloyd took Manders off his feet. Mathers landed a package piledriver on Waller. Waller nailed Mercer with a Destroyer by using Mathers as a springboard. Hamrick dropped Waller on his head in the center of the ring. Manders delivered a piledriver to Lloyd. Mercer launched Mathers with a moonsault and battery from the top turnbuckle to win. 

Winner: Shane Mercer via pinfall

Mike Bailey vs. Jonathan Gresham in the main event

Mike Bailey vs. Jonathan Gresham

Gresham and Bailey feel each other in the opening stages of the bout. Gresham and Bailey fought for the advantage after locking up. Gresham sent Bailey down with a dropkick. Gresham took control of the match and attempted to keep Bailey grounded. Gresham and Bailey traded forearm strikes in the center of the ring. Gresham took Bailey down once again on the canvas and punished him with various submissions.

Bailey managed to send Gresham to the floor. Gresham caught Bailey on the apron. Bailey delivered a neckbreaker on the middle rope. Bailey draped Gresham over the top rope and connected with double knees. Bailey took control and attempted to finish off Gresham. Bailey clutched his left arm that Gresham worked on earlier in the match. Gresham and Bailey traded forearms again. Gresham attempted multiple roll-ups. 

Bailey hit a combination of moves on Gresham. Bailey was still clutching his left arm. Both performers began feeling the effects of the match as they lay on the canvas. Back on their feet, Gresham and Bailey exchanged strikes. Bailey landed a combination of moves. Gresham replied with a big forearm. Gresham hit a German suplex with a bridge. Bailey and Gresham briefly fought on the outside.

As the action returned to the ring, Gresham delivered a low blow while the referee had his back turned. Gresham connected with a forearm to the back of the head when Bailey missed his leap from the top. Gresham locked Bailey in a crossface. Moments after escaping the hold, Bailey landed a Flamingo Driver to win. Gresham and Bailey are now tied 1-1 in GCW. 

Winner: Mike Bailey via pinfall
